Returns Policy

Our aim is to ensure that you are happy with the yarn that you receive. If the product is not to your liking in some way, please let us know by email.

We simply require that the unwanted goods are received back by us in unused and resaleable condition within seven days of delivery. Please include your name, address, and a copy of your purchase receipt with the returned item. Only the original product cost will be refunded, original and returned postage and packing costs will not be refunded. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged during transit. Please package the goods carefully to avoid damage, and return using a secure delivery method (recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier). Proof of postage cannot be accepted as proof of delivery. Orders placed by credit or debit card through PayPal will be refunded directly to your credit or debit card

In the unlikely event that you received damaged or faulty goods, please notify us within 7 days of receipt, and we will dispatch a replacement order upon reciept of returned faulty items.
